The Lincoln Groupnet system provides a secure, direct, and efficient connection for Employers and Third Party Administrators for plan data servicing and remitting payroll contributions.

To become a Lincoln Groupnet user, please complete the following Request for Registration Form. A letter of authorization on your company's letterhead and signed by an officer of your company will also be required.

For your convenience here is a sample authorization letter. You may attach the completed authorization letter in PDF or Word Format to this form now or it can be faxed to Groupnet support at (260)455-4212.
